How much is shipping?

We know paying for delivery isn't fun, so we offer free delivery on all of your orders above £30. For orders below that amount, a small shipping fee of £2.95 applies.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. If you order before 8pm, your package will typically be delivered in that timeframe.

Who will deliver my order?

We’re currently working hard to create an international fulfilment process - more news on that very soon! In the meantime, we’ve partnered with Amazon Fulfillment Services to provide our customers with secure and efficient deliveries. Because of this, you may notice your order arrive from an Amazon delivery driver.

How can I get in touch?

If your package is lost or hasn’t arrived, please reach out to help@drinkrooh.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll assist you. After this period, we may not be able to cover lost parcel costs.
