Refund policy

At ROOH, we make returns easy. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that if you choose to return an unopened item, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, we offer a discounted return shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds Process

Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process. If you don’t see the refund in your account, please check with your payment provider (e.g., credit card, PayPal). If you're still having issues, feel free to contact us.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
